Den Draad, Gentbrugge

Den Draad is an urban development of 4.5 ha at the former site of the steel wire factory Treillarmé. Re-Vive creates an integrated sustainable district with 130 energy efficient homes and apartments, offices and workshops for local businesses. A park of 1.5ha makes from Den Draad a living area with lots of greenery.

Ekla, Weststation, Sint-Jans-Molenbeek

The redevelopment of the former Brewery Vandenheuvel, where the beer Ekla was brewed. Located on one of the major public transport hubs of Brussels, Ekla will be a sustainable development of 23.000m ² with a distinct character providing places to work, live and relax.

Denderend Aalst

This urban development alongside the river Dender is located within walking distance to the city centre and the train station. The old buildings of Tupperware have been disused for a long time and the land must be rehabilitated because of historical contamination caused by former textile activity.
The master scheme consists of housing, services, retail and working places. The emphasis is on the Pierre Cornelis quay with a high density residential development.

Leiedal, Zwevegem

Re-Vive was – in co-operation with SAQ Architects (www.saq.eu) – selected by the Intermunicipal Leiedal for the sustainable development of a multi-tenant building. The scheme on a plot of land of 0.58 ha provides 2750m² of industrial units.
